Fischeri White Face Lovebirds

Fischeri White Face
Fischeri White Face - When I first saw this bird, my mind was drawn to the name of a mutation in roseicollis that was present much earlier.

As far as I have observed from various angles, the white-faced lovebirds are indeed similar to the turquoise SLino on roseicollis or what is usually called Creamino.

Even though the White Face Roseicollis still has some orange Psittacine spots, especially on the forehead, the white face Roseicollis and the White Face Fischeri are very similar.

characteristics of white face fischeri

Fischeri White Face masked color

The color of the mask is almost completely brown cream on a white background, which is usually the case with this variant.

In some combination cases, the lovebirds' white face masks are also pinky. However, the outline is still yellowish-white.

Fischeri White Face Beak Color

The beaks of the white-faced lovebirds are a little unique, instead of yellow, like the blue1blue2 mutation.

White Face Lovebirds' beaks are antler-colored with a light pink mist. This further resembles the color of the Blue Mutation's beak.

Fischeri White Face Body feathers color.

The body color of the white-faced lovebirds follows the combination of mutations they carry.

Opaline white face, euwing white face, dilute white face, and all combinations will have spring green accents.

It is very common when some Indonesian aviculturists from where this bird was found say this is a white-faced mutation.

This statement is not wrong because the color of the mask is close to white.

If we compare what happens to white-faced roseicollis vs. white-faced fischeri, there are also many differentiating factors.

However, until now, White-faced Roseicollis has not been approved as a mutation, so we forget about it.

If the fischeri whiteface lovebirds are creamino fischeri or NSLino parblue, the mask should be orange with a more dominant yellow background.

Aqua White Face

And there should also be minimal traces of more intense orange psittacine on the forehead hairs.

There are also differences in the pastelino combination, and you can observe that the pastelino on Blue1blue2 almost always shows a forehead that is more intensely orange.

Meanwhile, with Pastelino Whiteface, the color of the mask tends to be more evenly white with a touch of cream.

If you look closely, the color of the White-faced Lovebirds mask is not completely white.

This is more of a paler cream with a slight orange nuance evenly distributed over the mask area.

However, apart from all the characteristics above, the White-faced Lovebirds discussed are a variant of Aqua Fischeri.

Aqua Blue2 has experienced a slight shift in mask color with a paler change.

Until now, the Aqua Fischeri variant is very confusing, with the many names for each individual.

In the future, it will soon be proven in various studies of ornito and create an international name. So there is no more confusion about the Aqua Fischeri lovebirds.
